EXPLAINER FILM – European Consumer Centre Denmark

Assignment

European Consumer Centre Denmark faced two major challenges: they had to create brand awareness and put the face on employees.

Our task was to spread the message that European Consumer Centre Denmark is always on the phone to help citizens who are stuck in buying and trading in the EU.

Solution

To meet these challenges, we created a meta-universe where we see how the films are created.

We see the interviewees fumbling, stumbling over words and laughing, all to humanize them.

Finally, we show that they are skilled and professional people who know what they are talking about.

The films are used across digital platforms to raise awareness of European Consumer Centre Denmark.

Result

The six theme films were launched on European Consumer Centre Denmark’s own social media.

The videos are part of European Consumer Centre Denmark’s brand awareness of being Denmark’s best resource when it comes to advices, rights and complaints.
